We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the sales account team, contributing to the growth and successful implementation of cutting-edge digital intelligence solutions within law enforcement agencies across the Northeast US territory.  


  • Understand Customer Needs: Proactively identify current and potential customer technology needs by cultivating relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their product requirements.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives: Work closely with Account Executives to develop and maintain account strategy plans, highlighting opportunities for expansion.
  • Technical Consultation: Establish yourself as a reliable technical consultant for clients, showcasing the technical benefits, cost-effectiveness, and operational enhancements of our solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Equip customers with a comprehensive understanding of our solutions portfolio and industry trends to help them achieve their objectives.
  • User Feedback: Collect user feedback and effectively communicate it to the relevant internal teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated professionally and technically by attending workshops, reviewing literature, building networks, and engaging in professional groups.
  • Documentation: Document customer interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Workshops and Strategy: Organize and host discovery workshops with key strategic clients to identify workflow inefficiencies and enhance the value of our existing solutions. Deliver tailored strategies to aid decision-making within client organizations.
  • Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with Solutions Engineering peers.
  • Competitive Awareness: Maintain competitive awareness and provide competitive differentiation during sales engagements.


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of four years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Public Safety leadership.
  • Prior experience collaborating with or working in Law Enforcement, Federal, or Military organizations
  • Previous experience in Digital Forensics, mobile, and computer is advantageous.
  • Broad background in Information Technology – Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments, networking, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and storage systems.
  • Exceptional skills in public speaking and presentation.
  • Robust abilities in business analysis.
