Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for a Product Designer for a Direct Hire Remote opportunity (FTE) with our client.

Position Overview:  We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to focus on enhancing users’ experiences as they seek to learn more about our product offerings and multiple brands within the website and digital interactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centered designs that resonate with diverse audiences, with a special focus on web, native mobile apps and email design.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs tailored to various brand identities using tools like Figma.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing and engineers to translate brand strategies and consumer insights into functional and engaging user interfaces.
  • Design responsive, user-friendly transactional email templates that align with brand guidelines and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure design consistency while maintaining unique brand characteristics across the website and transactional communications.
  • Assist in creating and running A/B tests and other experiments in Optimizely to measure design performance and optimize user experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive design innovation.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with web and transactional email design while also ensuring responsive, functional layouts that enhance usability.
  • Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of HTML and CSS for a better understanding of how designs are implemented in code.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing tools like Optimizely is a plus.
