Our client is a local engineering firm specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design recognized for its focus on clear and comprehensive designs.
Responsibilities for the Mechanical Designer include developing HVAC and Plumbing layouts, performing design adaptations, calculations, and coordinating project phases. You’ll also attend construction site visits, handle CA tasks, and assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven project completion skills and strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Trane Trace 700 Familiarity with energy modeling and Bluebeam 7+ years of recent mechanical design experience Proficient in interpersonal skills and project management Valid driver’s license required
