EMR Analyst

Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT and Professional Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for an EMR Analyst with EClinical Works experience for a Direct Hire opportunity (FTE) with our client in San Antonio, Texas.

The EMR Analyst ensures smooth functioning of eClinicalWorks EHR, supporting clinic and administrative staff. Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing and resolving issues with eClinicalWorks applications.
• Improving application functionality through requirement gathering and process documentation.
• Monitoring project progress and providing user support and training.
• Collaborating with EMR team, IT, and stakeholders.
• Maintaining eClinicalWorks functional areas and providing timely support. Requirements include:
• 4+ years of experience with eClinicalWorks and business application analysis.
• Medical office and training experience preferred.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, communication, and HIPAA compliance.
• Detail-oriented with adaptability and positive attitude.
• High school diploma required, associate’s degree preferred. Additionally, skills in team collaboration, working under pressure, project management, time management, and Microsoft Office proficiency are desired.
