Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT and Professional Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for a Electrical Designer for a Direct Hire opportunity (FTE) with our client in San Antonio TX
- Design power distribution and fire alarm systems, as well as branch circuit distribution for commercial facilities.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering and AutoCAD/Revit teams to ensure quality and detail.
- Conduct site visits to verify code compliance and construction progress, and prepare reports.
- Develop meeting minutes, respond to RFIs, and create electrical designs based on client needs, budget, and schedule.
- Require strong organizational and communication skills.
- Qualifications include exercising judgment in problem-solving, contributing to system design, applying engineering principles, and working under supervision.
- Need over four years of recent Electrical Engineering experience, proficiency in interpersonal skills, and basic Project Management knowledge.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
- Require a valid driver’s license and preferably an Associate’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
