Consultis, a premier Technical Solutions Provider and IT Staffing Firm with the single focus of pairing the right candidate with the right employment opportunity is currently searching for a Digital Product Manager for an onsite Direct Hire opportunity (FTE) with our client. Hybrid/remote might be an option for the right candidate.
The Digital Product Manager will play an instrumental role supporting each brands’ customer journey and delivering a superior digital customer experience. Working closely with key stakeholders, this role will understand business objectives and market needs, and help translate them into a clear and effective product strategy. Communication, collaboration, and hands-on experience are critical to this role’s success.
Responsibilities:
● Help define and manage the product roadmap.
● Create clear and concise high-level product requirements that capture business objectives, user needs, and technical considerations.
● Collaborate with marketing to outline consumer journey.
● Outline and implement web analytics architecture.
● Ensure integrity and accuracy of the tagging environment.
● Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and product performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, design) preferred.
● Experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager with JavaScript and HTML.
● Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and technology-driven environment.
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
● Expertise in design principles and User Experience best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly digital products.
● Familiarity with lean development methodologies.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
